Location | Commence with remote work from Hong Kong initially. There’s a prospect of future business trips to Tokyo, the possibility of extended stays in Japan, and potential travel to Southeast Asia where our clients are based. Remote work is an option. |

Required Experience | Essential: ・A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or 3 years in a related field (industry and role specifics are flexible, but a genuine interest in joining the IT sector is crucial) ・A concrete and passionate interest in IT services or technology ・Proficiency in Japanese at or above daily conversation level ・Business-level proficiency in English Preferred: ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese ・Previous experience in ERP software implementation ・Exposure to IT-related tasks or programming ・Business-level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin |
Expected Salary | Commensurate with experience, ranging from 18K to 25K HKD per month. |

Senior ERP Program Manager
Job Description | Lead the implementation program for a new ERP software (mainly in accounting and logistics) for a major manufacturing client. This role covers our headquarters in Japan and overseas subsidiaries (excluding Hong Kong), with accommodations and travel allowances provided for trips to Japan and overseas locations (such as China and Malaysia). Your primary responsibilities involve managing a large-scale ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) composed of teams handling various sub-projects, from initiation and design to deployment. This program spans multiple business teams, countries, and regions, facilitating the migration from traditional ERP environments. |

Required Experience | Essential: ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (at least in conversational aspects) ・Over 5 years of ERP work experience (functional, technical, or end-user experience is flexible) ・Over 5 years of functional ERP project management experience in a manufacturing environment ・Senior-level experience and executive presence ・Essential sharp financial insight for large projects, including forecasting, annual budget preparation, expense management, and variance analysis ・Ability to lead reporting on large ERP projects to senior leaders and executives, setting milestones ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ・Experience integrating additional and third-party software Preferred: ・Experience implementing ERP with Tier 1 consulting firms or partners ・International ERP implementation experience ・Experience with Afile project management or Scrum project management ・PMP certification |
Expected Salary | Commensurate with experience, ranging from 35K to 50K HKD per month. |
